Service Terms

Catalog Asset Care is operated by TheaterThink LLC. These public terms describe the pilot request process. A request does not create a service contract. Work begins only after written scope, fee, retention terms, and payment are confirmed.

Service boundary

The service reconciles an authoritative customer-supplied SKU export with customer-authorized product assets and creates non-destructive reports and output copies. Unless a written order expressly says otherwise, the service excludes copy, claims, pricing, inventory, taxonomy, publishing, creative retouching, product-identity inference, intellectual-property review, legal compliance, and marketplace approval.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide an accurate source of truth, have the right to supply every asset, designate a decision-maker for ambiguous matches, maintain backups, and review exceptions and outputs before using or publishing them.

Fees and start of work

The public Asset Integrity Scan price is $195 for up to 100 SKUs and 250 files. Payment is requested only after fit and scope are confirmed. A scan is fully refundable before production access is provided. After processing begins, fees are non-refundable except when the provider cannot deliver the agreed work.

Timing and changes

Scans are normally delivered within two business days after payment and receipt of complete, usable inputs. Missing access, unclear identifiers, customer decisions, scope changes, or unusually complex files may change timing. Work above the stated limits requires a revised quote.

Confidentiality and files

Source files are not modified. Access should be read-only and least-privilege. Temporary working copies are normally deleted within 30 days after final delivery unless the written order states otherwise. A separate NDA or services agreement may be required before unreleased or sensitive assets are provided.

No guarantee of platform approval

Reports and channel packs are operational aids. They do not guarantee that Shopify, Faire, or another platform will accept, publish, rank, or legally approve a listing.

Written order controls

If these terms conflict with a signed order form or services agreement, the signed document controls for that engagement. The contracting legal entity and applicable liability terms will be identified there.
