Catalog Asset Care is operated by TheaterThink LLC. This notice explains the limited information collected through this site and during a service engagement.

Information we collect

The free Recovery Preview parses catalog, product-performance, and channel-issue CSVs locally in your browser. Their contents are not submitted to or saved by Catalog Asset Care. The Founding Pilot Interest List collects your name, work email, company, role, public company or catalog URL, approximate catalog size, channels, active catalog problem, current trigger, contact permission, and optional willingness to join a research conversation. The form does not request payment details, customer-level data, SKU files, images, passwords, credentials, or product documents.

How we use it

We use interest-list information to understand whether the problem warrants a pilot, evaluate broad fit, contact people who granted permission, invite optional research conversations, prevent abuse, understand which pages and campaigns produce interest, and maintain a record of the relationship. Joining does not reserve a pilot seat or create a service contract. We may inspect publicly available product pages; we do not reproduce public product imagery without permission. Site measurement records event type, page, campaign parameters, referring domain, and a random browser-session identifier; it does not intentionally record your IP address in the analytics table. We do not sell personal information.

Service files

If a project proceeds, product, aggregate performance, channel-issue, and asset files are handled under the written order or services agreement. We request least-privilege access, work from copies, and do not alter source files. Temporary working files are normally deleted within 30 days after final delivery unless the written order states another period.

Service providers

Information may be processed by providers used to host the site, store business records, communicate, invoice, and deliver the service. They receive only the information reasonably needed for those functions.

Retention and choices

Interest-list records are normally retained for up to 12 months, or longer when needed for an active relationship, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. You may withdraw contact permission or ask to access, correct, or delete your information.

Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit confidential information, files, credentials, customer data, or payment details through the interest form.
